Today a hawk flew over as I was visiting a relative (no binoculars) It was probably 400-500 ft. high, but it looked about the size of a Rough-legged. It had distinctive white, rather than the black "elbows" that a R.L. has. It did have a banded tail. Any ideas? maybe a juvenile R.L.? Billy
