I didn't find the Yellow-headed Blackbird this evening but it is quite a
spot for birds. I observed 31 species from 7 - 8 and I know I left a few in
the trees. 3 swallow species, Bobolink, Killdeer, Chipping Sparrow, etc. I
suspect it must be something else in the early morning.

Adult male - mature - yellow head/white primary wing coverts very
noticeable -sitting

on a fence post on the east side of the road opposite a small natural pond

about 20 feet x 20 feet. Pond is home to Red Wing Blackbirds as well.

Castle Frederick Road,Hants County - 2.6 Km west of Sangster Bridge Road
jct.

Coords are 44.940375 deg N x 64.217674 deg W

Sunday, 24 May 2015 - about 11:44 AM - 15C. Clearing. Very Sunny. Lt. breeze
from SSW.
                                                                    Very
Warm. A bit humid.

As this is active farm country on a narrow dirt road the locals probably
won't

appreciate a lot of vehicles. Lawrencetown Beach area was an exercise in
what

locals shouldn't have to put up with.

Tried to get a photo but this lad is wary.
