I was at Castle Fredrick Rd Upper Falmouth Hants County at lunch time today.
At the one land bridge over the avon tributary I had a carolina wren, RT hu=
mmingbird, purple finches, eastern phoebe and alder flycatchers.
Numerous bobolinks and one swift farther up the road. Wooded copse between =
bridge and 586 could bring in some more warblers earlier in the day.

I had another note from Jo Bishop that indeed there are numbers of bobolink=
s in that Castle Frederick (sp?) area, and today she heard a call of a yell=
ow-headed blackbird (the male she saw on Sunday there?). =C2=A0So perhaps s=
ome more searching is in order?
