For about a week now there has been a Barred Owl calling near my house starting at approx. 4:00 pm. On Tuesday at approx 3:30 pm after turning off the 221 heading towards Habourville I saw a Barred Owl fly across the road. This morning while going to my car at 5:00 am there were 2 Barred Owls calling just up the road at my neighbours property here on Pleasant Valley Rd in Somerset. Then I get to the gates at work at Aldershot at 5:20 am and there were 3 Barred Owls calling along the Lanzy Rd. The commissionaire on duty said they had been hooping it up all night. So 5 Barrred Owls within 20 minutes this morning. Strange.but neat.
