Dear All, Oct 27, 2015
The Nov 2015 issue of National Geographic is devoted to Climate Change.
In the Action Tracker rating, Canada gets a high rating; highly insufficient
Action to be more explicit.
There is no way to go down from lowest so, who knows, in a few years we
might go up.
But whatever happens here, it is an interesting issue. Germany stands
out as being well ahead of the pack and this leadership has helped their
economy.

Yt, Dave Webster, Kentville
