I saw, from a considerable distance, what I thought was a black otter on th=
e ice at Lawrencetown beach on Saturday. It remained there for about 10 min=
utes before I walked away. Maybe the same animal? I guessed otter from its =
size.

Subject: [NatureNS] Mink in Eastern Passage

On New Year's Eve I observed and photographed a Mink swimming out from the =
rocks at the bottom of Norman's Lane off the Shore Road in Eastern Passage.=
He was there the next day as well. Haven't looked for him since, but I e=
xpect he would still be around.

Cheers,
Angela Granchelli
