Hey David Currie,

Cats may be crepuscular hunters though I don't know and am leery of making
pronouncements after seeing the EC study by Richard Elliot!

Fix cats, yes, and start barn surveys to reduce population number and keep
them fed..not so hungry..and in at night.
A start.
