HI James

Cecropia, or possibly Columbia

Did you get a picture, or can you provide some details on "ornamentation" (colour, bumps, knobs etc)?

Andrew

Yesterday I saw a huge caterpillar crawling across on the pavement outside of work in Bridgewater. It was about 3.5 inches and a dull greenish black color. I'm guessing by the size that it was a corophria (spelling I know) moth or lunar moth.
