Subject: [NatureNS] Puzzlement
I had a bird reported to me this evening that I just can't seem to figure
out. The bird was coming to a feeder and was somewhat larger than a
sparrow. The back and head is blue-gray, the chest bright yellow and when
the bird fans the tail there is red in it. Typing this gave me the idea of
a juvenile male Baltimore oriole, so this was helpful in kickstarting my
brain. Anyhow, are there thoughts as to other possibilities.
