My bet would be on male Northern Harrier, which can look very pale and is narrow-winged.

Subject: [NatureNS] white falcon on Miller Road

This morning, around 10 am I saw a falcon? hawk? all white - reminded me of a snowy owl in colour, on Miller Road (a logging Road near the airport).
It was quite close and flying above me at tree hight and I noted pointed wings.
Perhaps a Peregrine? But it appeared too white and out of place.
Any ideas?
Paul R.
