I have heard this call the past two mornings in the same area. I hear the below series repeated a few times then nothing. I only managed to get one bout as heard at the first of this recording:

The most similar thing I find on my Sibleys app is the call of a juvenile Northern Goshawk. But I doubt juvenile hawk begging calls are unique. And it may not be a juvenile hawk at all. Maybe someone can help?
