On the NS Migration Count yesterday, Pat McKay and I found the following =
shorebirds in Three Fathom Harbour, in addition to the usual Greater =
Yellowlegs and Willets:

Black-bellied Plover 27
Ruddy Turnstone 7
Red Knot 7
Semipalmated Sandpiper 1
Short-billed Dowitcher 47 =20

All were seen together at Dottie's Pond at high tide, between 14:45 and =
15:45. =20

A morning count at the main harbour (from Causeway Road) two hours =
before low tide produced only the Red Knot, a few of the plover, and =
Willet. Only Willet and Greater Yellowlegs were seen at Shorebird Cove. =

Cheers,
Susann Myers
