A male Indigo bunting is showing a lot of interest in our sun flower seed
right now. Very showy!
He's been waiting his turn after the cardinals, red-winged blackbirds,
purple finches, etc, are through. All in all, a lot of colors are at our
feeder.
There are at least two pair of Northern cardinals nesting in our woodlot. I
guess this will now remain the norm each year. Our young woods is full of
American redstarts and Chestnut-sided warblers right now.
