   <span style=3D"font-family: book antiqua,palatino; font-size: 14pt;">=EF=
=BB=BF</span>This morning I could hear the song of a Blackpoll Warbler thou=
gh my open bedroom window.&#160; Later when I went outside, I could hear se=
veral out front, and finally saw one high up in the elms.&#160; I&#160;last=
 heard one on Thursday, 19 May in the trees around Dalplex.&#160; I usually=
 detect them moving through the south end of Halifax during the third week =
of May, so this morning was rather late by my records.
