Thanks, Randy.

I came across a nest with four tiny eggs, (in a hoofprint made last summer
by my horse when he was in that pasture!). I very carefully checked it a
few days later to find miniscule naked chicks. They are so vulnerable, it's
amazing that they aren't all taken by predators.
