   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">About 3 or 4 Eagles flying around and swooping down for<br/></span>
  </div>

   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">some bait that got loose. An impressive sight - put the fear<br/></span>

   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">in the gulls!<br/></span>
  </div>

       <p>&#160;&#160; The fall build up of water fowl on Bissett Lake is well underway.</p> 
       <p>Along with the usual Black and Mallard ducks, there is a mixed&#160;flock</p> 
       <p>of approximately 300 made up of about 2/3rds Lesser Scaup and</p> 
       <p>1/3rd Ring Necked ducks with about 30 Green Wing Teal and at</p> 
       <p>least 3 Bufflehead.(2 male, 1 female).</p> 
       <p>&#160;&#160; Surprisingly, no Canada geese yet.</p>
