I don't know how to add to the winter list, but I just had a

Zach's birdTrax but let me know what functionality you're looking

has gone offline and it would be far too cumbersome to compare every
checklist with the WBL (winter bird list) so I have no choice but to
wait until eBird has updated the provincial page each day which does not
happen until the following morning. Regrettably the WBL updates will be
a day behind this year. After the WBL is narrowed down I may get updates
out on the current day at times.
