Hi Nature folks:
I, too, received a great wall of emails today, repeating over and over,
including one that I sent out. (I am growing tired of 'my own self'!!)
I have an Eastlink account. I've never experienced this happen before. I
keep my virus scan up-to-date.
Hopefully it will be resolved soon. Sorry.
I listened to a rusty blackbird "singing" in an alder swamp with a small
flowing brook near Lake Paul at the corner of the road leading from the
"fire road" to Oak Lake.
(I was visiting Oak Lake to see what it looks like before the large clearcut
in this public forest begins. Very young oak trees and stands of white
birch, all to be turned to chips for an unjustifiable cause from our little
Oak Lake. There's a nice picnic spot on the lake shore, and the road can be
travelled by car if anyone wants to visit this lake. A brown creeper was
singing from somewhere within the stand.)
