It appears that there have been no reports since Wednesday. Greg Stroud an=
d I were there from about 4 to 5 p.m. on Thursday and saw no sign of them a=
t either pond, although a few geese were still coming in to Shaw's Pond fro=
m feeding in the fields after dark. Numbers were way down (about 30) from =
what I had heard of from earlier reports, so it is likely that most moved o=
ut the day before.

Hi Steven
I had quick looks for them while traveling past Shubenacadie on the 18th an=
d
19th and did not see them. I doubt I would have spent more than 10 minutes
total looking though as I was traveling with family who did not share my
interest in locating them.

Subject: [NatureNS] question about Barnacle Goose at Shubenacadie
Hi Everyone,
I would like to ask if anyone has gone to look for the Barnacle Goose in th=
e
past few days at Shubenacadie and not seem it (them), as there have been no
reports on eBird since Wednesday. I am asking because I am flying to
Halifax tomorrow and then have three to be with relatives. I don't want to
give up time with relatives, unless the geese have been seen more recently.
Thanks.
Steven
