Wow,

This is a seriously slick piece of work. Such a beautiful interface and
good looking dataset. Love the link to the  illustrations and the options
to  view temperature/precipitation in the right-hand corner. The zoom
functionality is disabled, but if you want to bypass that, hold the shift
key and draw a box over your area of interest, you'll lose the
split/screen, but can AOI in greater detail.

What would be really neat, would be the incorporation of a wind map, but
with direction/magnitude aggregates that correspond with the binning of the
migration data. That would be so cool to see, especially on a year by year
basis.
