Good morning! I am taking the lead in exploring the possibility of
establishing a Southwest Chapter of the Nova Scotia Bird Society. This
initiative has the support of the Directors of the Society. I'm looking for
people who would like to work on this effort to extend and deepen the
presence of the Nova Scotia Bird Society in this end of the province. I
anticipate that our planning meetings will take place in various centres in
Digby, Yarmouth, and Shelburne Counties. If you wish to participate in
developing a Southwest Chapter, please send me an email at
john.kearney@ns.sympatico.ca <mailto:john.kearney@ns.sympatico.ca> .

John
