I just received an email from Susan Joudrey and Steve Briggs of a trip to K=
ejimkujik Seaside Adjunct today. They were on the beach when Susan noticed=
a blue spot on top of a tree. She noted that it was an indigo bunting. T=
here were two males present and quite possibly a female. There were also t=
wo gray catbirds there. The bunting and one of the catbirds were having a =
free for all, where the bunting would replace the catbird at the top of the=
tree and then it was the catbird. This went on for quite some time with o=
ne and then the other showing at the top of the tree.
