Hello Randy,

According to the Vortex website, the closest dealer to you is:Woods and
Water

2136 Maple Street
Westville, NS
902-396-1111

On many models, the rubber eyepiece simply snaps in place. Should this be
the case with the Rangers, you could simply order these from Vortex and put
them on yourself, but ask to be sure when you call Vortex. Obviously this
will only work if it is strictly the rubber eyecup that is broken and not
the piece which hold it in place.

All the best,

Ron
