I vote for black cherry. The leaves look too long for choke cherry.

Subject: [NatureNS] Which Cherry?

Offhand I would have said this small tree was a Chokecherry (Prunus virginiana). But after checking I see it is more likely a Black Cherry (P. serotina) based on the leaves being fully out while in flower and the length of the hanging flower clusters. Which ID is correct? As the captions say, the leaves are ~3” long.
