Hunting for Chanterelles great right now. The couple of areas I hunt are doing really well particularly after a shower. They don't dry or freeze well which was a bit of a problem but happened to read that a good solution is to clean them and put enough for a meal in zip lock bag then fill it with water and keep in the freezer. It works great, when you thaw them they are in great shape. Moved in the last couple of months to a smaller house near Queensland beach. Lots of birds, lots of Deer and unfortunately lots of racoons.
