I have never noticed either chipping or American tree sparrows in my =
yard, Marg. Only white-throated, song and an occasional fox sparrow =
here. I had a solitary pine siskin recently travelling with a few =
American goldfinches, but they seem relatively scarce this year. The =
red-bellied woodpecker is still here and I saw the female cardinal =
yesterday.
