I flushed a Belted Kingfisher this morning at Rainbow Haven in the evergree=
ns close to the gun club at end of causeway. I made three pictures but the=
y are only good for positive ID. I was surprised by him and wonder how un=
usual it is to have a Belted Kingfisher at this time of year?

Yesterday, I got a Common Loon in =E2=80=9Cbreeding plumage=E2=80=9D at Fis=
herman=E2=80=99s Wharf in Eastern Passage. There were approx.. 20 Black Sc=
oters there as well
