Dear All,
Today I took advantage of the warm spell, which as expected had=20
exposed any ice patches so they could be avoided, and had a walk in the=20
woods south of Kentville.
I came across an Owl nesting box with the bottom hanging down. This=20
may be normal practice over winter but if this nest is not currently=20
tended, having been somehow dropped from a list, I can readily take=20
someone in to it given ice exposed walking conditions. The nest=20
otherwise appears to be in good condition and is 10-12' up.
Following roads for the most part it is about 15 minutes in from the=
=20
south end of Springarden Road, Kentville.
