<span style="font-size: 12pt;">Last afternoon was a good time to do a Keji Trouting evening.</span>
</div>

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">The lakes were a little windy for the canoe so a favorite woodland</span>

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">stream was selected.</span>
</div>
<div>
<span style="font-size: 12pt;">The walk in  to the pools was delightful. It was cool enough that the</span>
</div>
<div>
<span style="font-size: 12pt;">Blackflies were flying about but weren't biting. Next time there will be</span>
</div>
<div>
<span style="font-size: 12pt;">fly dope in the bag you can be sure.</span>
</div>
<div>
<span style="font-size: 12pt;">The walk was lined with Mayflowers. They must be at their peak just now.</span>
</div>
<div>
<span style="font-size: 12pt;">Beautiful scented. A few bushes along the stream are starting to bloom also.</span>
</div>

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">Several Blue  Azure butterflies were about but they too weren't very active.</span>
</div>

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">At the stream Stoneflies were in the rocky section with a scattered Mayflly hatching</span>
</div>

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">in the other parts. Not many but there soon will be more.</span>

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Trout population is in good shape. They would jump for my fly but were</span>
</div>
<div>
<span style="font-size: 12pt;">careful not to get caught! Finally one was not so careful. A lovely 27 cm Nova Scotia</span>
</div>

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">Brook Trout. Living in the dark water the colours get dark and beautiful. It was</span>
</div>
<div>
<span style="font-size: 12pt;">broad and deep a well feed  trout. The Catch and Release reg in the Park</span>
</div>
<div>
<span style="font-size: 12pt;">will be a big help. They are too beautiful to put in a frying pan!</span>
</div>

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">Just before dark it was time to go home. A Barred Owl greeted me on the way.</span>
</div>

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">It was close but not in sight. The hooting of a Barred Owl really but the icing</span>
</div>

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">on a great day trouting.</span>
</div>
<div>
