The only thing I know that sounds like this is a Red-bellied Woodpecker “Kwirr” call. I had one here (E Dalhousie, Kings) Nov-Dec and later in winter but it would be highly unusual now. The third call in the clip is the clearest. This was coming from the edge of a clearing in mixed woods- at least 1.5 km from any homes/feeders.
