My brother saw a pair plus a third adult Piping Plover while on Cape Lahave Island on Monday. I eBirded them and believe they are being followed by a PP person, as in the past. But, just in case they are not, I will post that they are present here. He did not notice bands but was not really looking for them (he will from now on).
