Hi Mary and all:
I've been hearing goodly numbers of hermit thrushes throughout my travels. =
Having said that I did my Breeding Bird Survey for Jordon Falls/Shelburne =
and into Welshtown on June 29. There were far fewer hermit thrushes than i=
n any given year that I've run that route. In previous years at that time =
there should have been young hermit thrushes everywhere. Not one young bir=
d was seen this year.
