This beaver (probably the same one as in the previous video) came to the surface of Tanner L, E Dalhousie, early this morning with a really big root tuber. About double the size shown in these photos https://www.flickr.com/photos/150605880@N07/48465970202/in/dateposted/

It spent about 15min munching it down before swimming off and diving with a small piece of dark leftovers. A Yellow Water Lily tuber? 
Beavers are always entertaining.
