Yes, that's a meadow vole.  Normal sized eyes for its face (not large,
bulbouse eyes like a mouse) and round little ears.

Wondering if I have the correct ID here as Meadow Vole. I saw this on the
road at around 6:30 this morning. Seemed about the size of a sparrow. It was
little concerned with me and the idling ATV. I even had to walk down the
hill in order to get a side view as it was only presenting its back to me.
