The Black Vulture is back in Rich. Co. again. It was at the municipal landfill for a couple of weeks, then in the Grand Gully area feeding on a dead seal on the ice. Yesterday I saw it flying over the Oban Rd., being mobbed by crows. The workers at the landfill had asked earlier not to report it, because last year when it was there, they had a problem with some birders blocking the road. Billy
