I've since gotten more reports from between Green Bay and Broad Cove. I di=
d not see any this morning though.

I stepping into the Post Office in LaHave and could hear common terns calli=
ng this morning and there were over 400 black scoters in Green Bay.

Sincerely,

James R. Hirtle
LaHave

The reports of Red-necked Phalaropes yesterday are truly extraordinary and =
are surely connected to the amazing winds that we experienced Sat. evening =
and overnight. Anyone can view the numbers and numerous locations here:

Hi all:

Yesterday Steve Shewchuk at Sand Dollar Beach in Lower Rose Bay had a large=
group of common terns. The most he has ever seen there. I think this is =
early for such, but correct me if I'm wrong.

Also, I had a report of red-necked Phalaropes from out on the end of Green =
Bay. There were some there on Saturday and yesterday large numbers in clos=
e to shore.
