<span style="font-size: 12pt;">I looked up on the chimney and there was a Merlin.</span>

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">Not very big but the other birds didn't like her.</span>

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">She flew of and spent some time in the oak tree.</span>

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">First I've seen in a few years. </span>

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">I remember years ago on PEI I found a Merlin nest and a friend</span>

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">climbed to the nest. One of the babies was small and helpless</span>
</div>

<span style="font-size: 12pt;">with a bigger sibling. He took it home and raised it. It was a lovely bird</span>
</div>

<span style="font-size: medium;">went to visit schools for nature class. Some of you many have seen it.</span>
