JUNE 23/20 =97 2 more eagle nest-checks in mid-afternoon:

Wolfville Anglican Church bald eagle nest =97 FINALLY I was just able to =
see the head and beak of the very big fledgling eagle on the nest (I had =
been afraid that it had perhaps fledged or fallen several days ago since =
I had been unable to see it up there, where it can easily =93hide=94 by =
lying down in the nest).

Lower Church Street bald eagle nest =97 today again I could definitely =
see 2 big fledglings on the nest, but one of them was difficult to see =
before I saw its head and beak.

Also I had a nice chat with the man who lives across the street from the =
nest =97 he has a winery there that is just about to open =97 I =
neglected to get his name or the winery name.

Finally I visited the home of Lisa & Dale Eye, who live on Church St. =
north of Port Williams =97 I heard a singing n. mockingbird but did not =
see it, and in the back yard a red-tailed hawk was soaring over me and =
screaming, since there is a nest there with one youngster =97 but I =
couldn=92t see the nest, and I blamed the darned sun.
=97=97=97=97=97=97=97=97=97=97=97=97=97=97=97
Cheers from Jim in Wolfville.=
