Brown Shrike (Lanius cristatus)

A medium sized shrike with brown (male) or gray (female) upperparts, white underparts and eyebrow, and a bold black mask through the eye and auriculars. Breeds in E. Asia and winters to New Guinea.

Recorded once on Tobi (southwest Palau Archipelago in Micronesia) but possibly a regular migrant to this remote and seldom-visited island.
