Center Details: MISA provides a range of programs and services for newcomers to Canada.
Program(s): 1) Employment Services Unit. A computer lab with computers connected to the internet are available as part of the Employment Services Unit. 2) Employment Services Unit. This unit provides services to help newcomers find employment or continue their education in Canada. 3) Immigrant Entrepreneur Orientation Program (IEOP). This program provides information and contact to newcomers who want to start businesses in Nova Scotia.
Clients Served: MISA serves recent immigrants, and refugees.

Services Provided: There are Internet accessible computers to use. There are three components to the program: Individual information and referral; Business information seminars; Networking opportunities. Employment Counseling; Job Center; Workshops; Computer Lab; International Qualifications.
