Sex! One little word that causes so much confusion, worry and problems. But it shouldn't be that way. Your sexuality is part of who you are, it's part of life.

Although sex and relationships are areas of life that everyone has to deal with, we all experience confusion, questions and problems at some stage in our lives. Sometimes it's not
that easy to ask for help or advice. It's too embarrassing or we don't know who to ask.

This section gives you some basic guidelines on how being aware of your sexuality and the problems you might encounter can lessen the worries you have and make you feel healthier, happier and safer.

Whether it's puberty, relationships, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), sexual orientation, contraception or pregnancy you are concerned about, this section provides information that can help. If you do find yourself in trouble, don't panic!

There's plenty of good, confidential support available to help you along.
