To forward received email messages, press "f" for "Forward" as though you were going to send a copy of the message to somebody and then move to the top of the message, press Control-^ (or Control-6) to start marking the area of text you wish to delete (in the event there is extraneous material you do not wish to forard to someone). Move down to the original headers, marking all of the information, and then press Control-K to delete the marked text. Edit the new headers to contain the subject from the original headers and new address and snip the rest of the headers from the original message that was included once you have copied the information from it. Note that you can use Control-K to cut a line from the old headers, move up to the new headers, and use Control-U to paste the cut text into the new header. Just make sure you don't paste after cutting a large block of text. Multiple Control-K commands act as one block cut if the cursor keys are not used and other text isn't typed between cuts. Once the new header has the original information from the old headers pasted into it and any necessary corrections are made to the text or headers then send the "forwarded" message (no longer marked as forwarded) as it were any other message. -----------------------------------------------------------------------
