Mullowney - Argentia/Placentia Bay
I was wondering if anyone had information on this family. There was a Walter Mullowney came to Argentia around 1735 (according to Mannion). I'm trying to find any information on his children and grandchildren. Specifically if he had a grand daughter Catherine that may have married Thomas Sparrow in Argentia. I have seen this info on a couple of Ancestry family trees and reached out to try to find the source, but have gotten no replies.

Thomas, son of John "Old Man" Matthews and Sarah Bagg
Trying to prove/disprove that my Matthews are descendants of Thomas Matthews of Burgeo, son of original settlers John Matthews and Sarah Bagg (info from Joseph Small's Diary of Burgeo, 1925).

Thankful for any...
