   Sir Duncan Campbell of Glenorchy, Baron of Glenorchy Campbell
   
     Grant is situated on the Island of Anticosti at the mouth of the
     great river of Cannada about the 49th degree in latitude and
     beginning from the east side of the lands of the Baron of New
     Wemyss and extending continuously towards the east for a distance
     of three (3) thousand above the sea coast and (besides) from the
     aforesaid sea coast extending towards the north constantly
     maintaining three (3) thousand in latitude and having the aforesaid
     Baron of New Wemyss' lands as a boundary from the west until the
     land amounts to an area of 16,000 acres.
     
   
   
     Sir John Romer Borland Campbell was the 14th Baronet of Nova
     Scotia, Campbell of Glenorchy; also, 10th Earl of Breadalbane.

     Grant begins from the most prominent (evident) side to the north of
     the lands of Baron James MacGill of Cranston Riddell (Grant No. 23)
     stretching above the sea coast extending towards the north for a
     distance of three (3) thousand (besides) above the sea coast and
     from there extending towards the east constantly maintaining a
     distance of three (3) thousand in latitude and having the aforesaid
     Baron of MacGill's land as a boundary from the south until it
     amounts to a space of six (6) thousand in longitude.

     of Lundy); also 11th Duke of Argyll.

     the south for a distance of six (6) thousand of the aforesaid
     island constantly maintaining three (3) thousand in latitude equal
     to the three (3) thousand above the sea coast.

     Grant begins from the west or south-west side, namely most
     southerly part of the lands of the Baron of Pitcur, situated
     besides (above) the north shore of the Bay of Cannada from the side
     opposite the western side of the Island of Anticosti and from there
     extending towards the west or south-west for a distance of three
     (3) thousand in latitude and towards the north in a straight line
     from the aforesaid sea coast until it extends for a distance of six
     (6) thousand in longitude.

     north from the aforesaid bay or river until it reaches a distance
     of six (6) thousand in longitude constantly maintaining a distance
     of three (3) thousand in latitude and six (6) thousand in
     longitude.
