aa939 is registered to PC Caucus. It was my understanding that all
account belonged to people. I have turned the issue over to Bernie Hart,
new chair of the Membership Committee. I have not heard an answer yet.

To put it another way, I am supposed to have confirming ID to activate an
account. We didn't get one for aa939 (it would be quite a trick ;-).
