We were once.

I was once a child,
WHo used to laugh and play,
But that is no longer me,
Today is not like yesterday.

YOu were once a baby,
Who in a crib cried,
But soon you got to old too fast,
And you had to die.

My cat was once a kitten,
Who liked to play around,
My kitten is now a cat,
Burried under ground.

My dog was once a puppy,
Who always loved to play,
My puppy grew too quickly,
and had to go away.

We were once a family,
who never could go wrong,
But no more are we a fimily,
For everyone is gone.
