All Forms (Application and Renewal) and checks must be mailed to the club's PO Box address.

You can expect a response in about 2 working weeks. Do not expect to be able to arrange for any expedited service, even if you need it to meet licensing or regulatory requirements.

Remember you must submit your induction fee and first year's membership fee with your completed application.

Renewal Form

The club's membership year is from 1 October to 30 September. The club does not regularly mail reminders to members so you must remember to send in your membership renewal. If you want, print off this page and fill in the following renewal form and mail it in with your check:

Current AMA Memberships expire September 30, 2008. Don't forget to renew!

Note that if you are not a current member, your carry permit is invalid.
