What if I don't receive the reminder email?

 First of all, make sure you really haven't received the reminder email by checking the Junk Mail folder in your email account.
Your email service provider's anti-spam application may have classified it as junk and placed it there mistakenly.
 
 If you still can't find the email with the password reminder, send a message to gansmoa@gmail.com.
