1998 Atlantic Native Closed Chess Tournament April 5, 1998

Gary Phillips (above) of Halifax NS won the Atlantic Native Closed Chess Championship this spring of 1998, beating the top three ranked players and only allowing a draw with Tom Poulette of Cape Breton.
