We are currently working on a two year project for the Texas Department of Transportation to document the effectiveness of various types of stormwater controls constructed in the Austin Texas area. These controls include sedimentation/sand filters and grassy swales. I would be interested in starting a dialogue and sharing ideas with others working in the field of highway/urban stormwater management. We have recently published some of the results of the first part of our study which is available as a series of technical reports. For those of you who might be interested I'm listing the titles.
